Coakley will be a champion for children, the elderly, women’s rights and LGBT issues but she is not a liberal for all seasons (as noted before in her position on sixth amendment rights, overcharging Woodward with second degree murder and a 15 years sentence, opposing commutation of Gerald Amerault’s sentence.)
