This is the only reasonable choice. No one else compares. He is a true progressive. He is not pushing the liberal agenda but the equal rights, anti-war agenda. He will lead in unison with his friend and colleague John Kerry for a true public option, rights for all, a good policy of the troubles in our wars overseas, and truely represent the QUALITIES that Ted Kennedy fought for in his tenure in the Senate and instilled in Massachusetts democrats. Thank you for taking the time to read this and if you dont vote for Mr.Capuano just make sure you VOTE on December 8th

Jobs are sparse in the media and becoming more so by the minute — and there are a great deal fewer columnists than reporters. I’d keep a back-up option or two in mind, because papers like the Globe and the Wicked Local umbrella may not even exist 4-6 years from now, to say nothing of the rest of the country.
<
p>For honest, constructive criticism on your work, I think you did a good job defining the opposition’s negatives as you define the positives of your guy. It was short, too short for a column, but you clearly get messaging, which is the important thing. With a little sharpening that you’ll get through years of practice, I have no doubts you’ll be pumping out fantastic writing somewhere.
avoid typos. There are several spelling and grammatical mistakes in the post. I know this is a blog post and not a job application, but if you want people to take your writing seriously, it really helps for it to be error-free.
i know theres no job in the journalism field that is one of my pick if i could choose anything. I plan on doing a double major. Poli-sci and journalism. and for the typos ill have to check harder
Other than spell check/grammar check:

<
p>Really? I like Ted Kennedy as much as the next guy, but I doubt you’ll get taken that seriously making claims like this about anyone without offering justification. Maybe it’s just me, but in general, I’d avoid political hero-worship (stuff like “instilled in…”)
<
p>”He is not pushing the liberal agenda but the equal rights, anti-war agenda.”
<
p>Be careful about throwing around terms like “liberal agenda.” I have no idea what this sentence even means. Also, when you list policies, some comparison is generally good–I’m not convinced that any candidate is not pushing the “equal rights” agenda.
<
p>Other nitpicks:
<
p>-Capitalize “Democrats”
-“I”, “I’ll”, not “i”, “ill”
-In this format, I really don’t think “Mr. Capuano” has the right sound to it
Generally, avoid allcapsA dash immediately before and after text works like the < del > HTML tag. That’s why you accidentally got strike-through in your last point.
<
p>You can create bullet points (instead of using dashes, which confuse the auto-formatter) by using the < li > tag.
Ryan, David, Demredsox, thanks for sending pointers and suggestions to Tyler.

p>Tyler, since you are the author of the post, you can edit it. Read it over, spell check, read it out loud. Then make the corrections. This is a good exercise for what you would do with a school assignment.
