I delivered lawn signs and bumper stickers for Coakley yesterday, hosted a phone bank today. Having done my part for civic engagement, I think I’ve earned my couch seat this evening for the Patriots-Colts match up. Doing my best to root Brady, Belichick and the Pats to victory over the hated Peyton Manning (Bush contributor).

Hurts too much to cry …way too tentative down the stretch, would have been better if the out pass to Welker had been picked off and run in … would have had more time to try something a little bolder.

p>The Patriots’ protection has been impressive, though. Freeney has been shut down all night. Good thing for the Colts that their secondary is starting to figure things out because it’s not health to give Brady too much time.

p>Faulk’s fumble into the end zone was one of two plays that cost the Patriots the game. The other one was the Brady thrown interception in the end zone.

p>I thought Faulk redeemed himself on the 4-3 pass catch from the Pats 20 yard line but the refs gave us a terrible spot.
