The Dartmouth Democrats voted unanimously to re-elect me, Ray Medeiros, Jr. as their Chairman of the party. It is truly humbling that the democratic party in my town of Dartmouth entrusted me to bring direction and leadership to our committee and party.
In a time of disaffection toward either party, we need strong leadership from our town and city committees. People are upset about the current conditions of our State and Country.
I know our party has the better avenue to increase prosperity to all. The vision to build up the working class, not tear it down by virtue of a race to the bottom.
I understand the importance of organized labor and their strength determines the strength of the middle class as a whole. I am proof positive of that issue. I am a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. I know how much we need labor unions in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the country. When the other side of the aisle tears down, talks down to the unions, they are talking down to the middle class as a whole.
I want to say thank you to the Dartmouth Democrats for having the confidence in me as a leader and a vocal supporter of working class families across this country.
As I continue in the race for the Democratic nomination for the 9th Bristol District State rperesentative seat, I will continue to fight for the average person on Main Street because I will be the “MAIN STREET REPRESENTATIVE”
