Here is a short video on YouTube, well worth watching, as the Governor talks about manufacturing jobs in the Commonwealth.
The Governor was invited to the ribbon-cutting event for this conference/expo in West Springfield, which is the largest of its kind on the East Coast. In addition, all of the traditional media were there, and this will give great exposure to the fact that we are experiencing a recovering economy, and that good, high-quality jobs are being created here in the Bay State because of the groundwork that Deval has laid over the past 3+ years.
Get the word out: Massachusetts is on the mend!

one other thing this highlights, Patrick continued investment throughout the entire state. It’s not just Boston.

Been going to this convention on and off for 30 years – Governor Patrick has nothing to do with it – this is just a photo op.

Plus, job gains shown throughout the state. Good to see Patrick out there in all parts of MA and in all sectors. That’s what we need.

Is typically filled with very expensive machinery that lets you make precision products inexpensively. The machinery requires skilled operators and they pay well.
<
p>But these machines require lots of energy. The high cost of energy in Massachusetts WILL drive these jobs away.
