There are a number of ways to get involved, both locally and from across the country, with some actions taking only a couple of minutes.
As you saw from the quiz above, the differences between the incumbent and me are very clear. Make a statement about the direction in which you want our Democratic Party and our nation to move by getting involved in the campaign, joining my campaign’s Facebook group, following my campaign’s Twitter feed, and, with today being the final day of the fundraising quarter, contributing as generously as you can.

Have you thought about posting it at DailyKos.com? I’m a long time member there, and I’m currently involved with a group that’s doing web and social media consulting for David Cozad, running against Joe “GOBP” Barton in TX-06 – email if you’d like to talk about it, ok? My email address is in my profile here.

Because Mass is so “gerrymandered”, most people do not know if what district you are in, and when I have spoken to people about you, they do not know if they are represented by Lynch or Capuano.

p>I realize the concept of an uninformed voter is hard to believe, but even something like

The current incarnation of “health care reform” means folding people into the medical surveillance network at mandatory 1099 gunpoint.

p>The Iraq war and the patriot act which was written before Larry Silverstein’s asbestos abatement solution was a project of the neo-con Project for a New American Century, ie the wet dream of Lawrence Welk era sociopathic power control freaks who stood to profit greatly from that falsely manufactured public opinion.

So Mac (actually you’re much more PC than MAC) just curious…are you running against John Kerry too? He voted exactly the same way on the Iraq War and the Patriot Act. And time will show that Lynch was right on the health care vote. It left the insurance companies in charge and passed the cost along to the working class. Yet again.
<
p>We already have enough seats in Congress filled with people who do exactly what they are told by leadership. Thanks but no thanks. I’ll take an outspoken Lynch over another sheep any day of the week.
<
p>By the way, I’m a strong Lynch supporter and volunteer. No sock puppets here.

So obviously, he is not running against Kerry. Just in case, he isn’t running against Hillary Clinton either.
<
p>As someone with a preexisting condition, I have had difficulty with the insurance each and every time I have changed jobs, and have had to turn down job offers from companies in states that do not protect against preexisting conditions. Without the health care vote, I would be limited to only working in states that already prevent denial of insurance based on a preexisting condition, which is only a handful of states.
<
p>As such, I find Lynch’s position reprehensible, in the extreme. If Lynch is going to act like a republican (and he is more a republican than a democrat), then he should change his party affiliation and be done with it. For now, regardless of what he claims to be or calls himself, I will never, EVER vote for Lynch whenever he has an opponent and I will blank whenever he runs unopposed.
<
p>The simple fact that he would “claim” that the health care bill didn’t go far enough, after the most liberal member of the House, Dennis Kocinich accepted it as being the best it was going to be in the face of the opposition, would be laughable if it wasn’t so vial and self-serving.

p>If you feel this way, then why should I care one tinker’s cuss about your opinion.
<
p>For the record, I live in the 9th district in Dorchester and I will be donating to and voting for Mac.
