I’m voting for Jeff Perry so I don’t really care all that much, but I’m curious what you moonbats thought of Keating v. O’Leary. I’ve seen them debate, and I found O’Leary to be hot-tempered and defensive, and I thought Keating was a bit nebulous – not on-point and sharp about what his agenda or platform is.

No need for namecalling. At least make an attempt at civil dialogue. I know that’s hard coming from blogs where ad hominem attacks and unsubstantiated ‘facts’ are accepted as discourse.
<
p>I think the Dems are hoping Perry and his baggage get the nomination. The guy is a train wreck.

that you have no sense of humor! Come on, lighten up.
<
p>Maybe you should listen to Jeff Perry speak – he’s articulate, sharp, has an encyclopedic knowledge of a wide range of issues since he’s been in the trenches for eight years fighting for his constituents as a state representative – and assuming Keating wins, Perry will be the only candidate who is actually from the district (rather than moving here specifically to run for this election, as reported by the Boston Globe).
<
p>The reason I am assuming Keating will win the Dem primary is 1. he won the debate that I saw them in a while back, where he kept his cool while O’Leary kept getting flustered, and 2. WAY more Keating than O’Leary lawn signs.
