Residents of Malden Ward 6 Wednesday received a “love letter” from Councillor Neil Kinnon endorsing Councillor Spadifora.
Another fellow Maldonian told me that in a previous election Councillor Kinnon had used Mystic Valley Charter School stationary for another endorsement-a misuse of school funds. At least this time he used blank stationary.
