Channel 5 and the Herald are reporting that the Republican Governors Association has placed an additional $1.4-1.5 million ad buy for the rest of the week (here). Between these ad buys and the New Hampshire attack ads, I’m not sure there will be room for any actual TV programming between now and Tuesday. Enough, already. The only solution is to turn off the TV and GOTV.

and get the Nina Simone station on Pandora.

p>That’s what we did last night after I found myself cheering at a nasty ad by our side. Whew!! Too much negative energy for my mental health.
<
p>And then of course Nina came on singing Strange Fruit.

Judy – I had to seek relief early from Keating’s ads, often running back-to-back in three 30-second spots. I started watching the Rhode Island stations, which have virtually no political advertising. Duck the New Hampshire spots that way, too. AND – the weather is far more accurate for southeastern/central Mass.!
<
p>As far as worry goes, the fact that the Vice President of teh United States is coming in person tomorrow to campaign for a Congressional candidate in ‘blue’ Mass. says a great deal about who’s worried.

So’s Perry, and he should be. Any worried candidate likes to bring in in lots of new money or well liked public figures to endorse them. Who knew who was the Governor of New Jersey before a very worried Baker brought him in?”
<
p>Whose Perry bringing in by the way? Some big cops?
<
p>Anyway I’ll try RI stations.
