Jeff Perry supporter gets a weeee bit overzealous …
SHARON — Police questioned a young Republican activist yesterday whom they found parked near the former house of William Keating, the Democratic candidate in the 10th Congressional District, with a camera and telephoto lens.
The man told Sharon police, according to a police report, that he was part of an organization called Citizens for Truth Action Group at Suffolk University and that he was trying to prove that Keating still lived in Sharon, which is not in the 10th District.
Keating's 22-year-old daughter still lives there; Keating's son also reports being followed.
The paranoia and extremism of Perry's politics are mirrored in the actions of his supporters, apparently.

There’s no requirement that you live the district you represent, only the state you represent. So says the Constitution.

If politicians believe that black voters are likely to vote for black candidates, women voters for women, and so on (I know it’s stupid, but many “analysts” nevertheless make this argument), then doesn’t it make sense that somebody who preys on young women would like a candidate who preys on young women?

p>I’m shocked, just shocked, that a “supporter” of Jeff Perry is caught with a camera and 500 millimeter telephoto lens lurking outside a home occupied by — wait for it — the 22 year old daughter of a candidate.
<
p>As it turns out, a few weeks ago the Herald ran a story about Jeff Perry’s vow to “topple Nancy Pelosi.” A photo of the daughter in question is featured prominently in that story:
<
p>I wonder if the investigating officers have seen the film that KyQuan Phong had in his camera.
<
p>What is it with Republicans and young women? Jeff Perry, as a cop, is allegedly oblivious to criminal sexual assault by his then-partner against a underage young women — not just once, but twice. Scott Brown tastelessly and offensively offered his daughters in his first nationwide press conference. Now a “young Republican activist” claims that he was doing “surveillance” on candidate Keating.
<
p>It looks to me as though he’s just a peeper with a camera. And a Republican.
