The results of todays voting in Massachusetts will reflect one of two things: those who believe in the success of the Commonwealth as a whole, and those who believe in the success of every-man-for-himself. Wanting what’s best for the State, or the Nation, for that matter, is NOT Socialism – its called OPTIMISM. If voters don’t know the difference, shame on them.
I voted this morning for Gov. Patrick. Not because he and I agree on every single issue, but because I believe the Governor has tried, in spite of dreadful economic circumstances, to keep the best interests of our citizens in mind. I dug deep, did my homework and consider myself a voter who THINKS…not FOLLOWS.
