The Boston Globe/SJC- scat hing report of the state Probation Office under the corrupted thumb of John J. O’Brien who the Globe refers to as a…”protege of former House Speaker Thomas M. Finneran” indicates that WRKO is enabling the worst scum politican in the state.
If WRKO/Entercom had any ba**s it would kick Finneran’s ass out the door

He can’t be held responsible for the actions of someone else, even someone he mentored.
What’s Finneran done to you? Sounds personal.
Let’s remember our history!
<
p>G. Gordon Liddy: convicted of breaking and entering, part of Republican President Nixon’s gang of crooks, and later on a radio talker.
<
p>Rush Limbaugh: the undisputed heavyweight champ of talk radio, he was arrested for breaking prescription drug laws but bargained himself out before a conviction… and then he was detained for flying into America with more prescription pills that were not in his name (and when you think about what the pills were, it’s clear he was a disgusting kind of tourist), but he has a home on talk radio.
<
p>Bob Ney, the Distinguished Gentleman from Ohio got a talkshow after he finished his time in the slammer.
<
p>It’s true that Finneran is felon and he should be stigmatized and kept off the airwaves… but don’t expect talk radio to have any high social standards about hiring corrupt political leaders.
Not because he is a convicted felon as all people who have paid their debt to society deserve another chance (yes, you can argue that Finneran got off easy), but because he response to Mr. Ware was a slap in the face to the public. Then, as has been reported, he goes on the air and defends himself when he would not respond to Mr. Ware.
<
p>I want to be clear, what he did was perfectly within his rights. However, there are consequences to whatever you do and in this case, Tommy Taxes has slapped us all in the face and deserves to be called to account for his actions or, in this case, his silence.
