Nice to see the Commonwealth get a pat on the head from S & P and others for improving its credit rating. In spite of detractors, its clear Gov. Patrick and his administration ARE trying.
Good and bad: We are predicted to be the only state to improve its rating for the next 2 years.
Still a ways to go here and no doubt with difficult decisions looming, but going a positive road.
