Just to keep you apprised of how we’re doing in responding to your comments and requests, here’s the latest.
- Comments page. Many of you requested a page that shows all of your comments in reverse chronological order, and that also notes the number of replies to each comment. Your wish being our command, you’ve got it. Now, when you visit your author page (bluemassgroup.com/author/YOURNAME, normally accessible by clicking your name on a post or comment), you can toggle between “posts” and “comments.” As of now, comments on that list are only available going back to the date we switched platforms. In due course we’ll re-import the comments in order to backfill the list, and we’ll let you know when that happens.
- Formatting in comments. There are now several buttons in the shaded comment “Preview” bar that allow you to select text and then highlight it (bold or italic), create a link, or create a blockquote, just by clicking the appropriate button. Much easier than typing in all the HTML.
- Editing posts. You should now be able to edit posts once they are published.
More to come – stay tuned.

I know I’ve had a lot of nit-picky suggestions – mostly features I miss from SoapBlox. You guys have done a great job resurrecting many of them. And a great job on the site in general. Kudos!

I do like that the formatting and Preview buttons are at the top. That’s better than before.
I’m not sold on the thumb up/down buttons. I’d like to be able to remove the application of one if I made a mistake or changed my mind (I gave myself a thumb-down while trying it out.) I’d also like to be able to see who’s doing the thumbing.
