Corruption just takes the hack/progressive form in Massachusetts because that’s our religion, that’s what people can get away with. In Georgia where I was in state government a looooong time ago, they had plenty of corruption, they just structured it in a different way.
As long as there is all this money in government, and an ability to hide un-performers in strange offices with vague duties, you will have money changing hands over those jobs.
