The new Boston City Clerk should know new technologies, know the new software for the most advanced setup of services of the Office of City Clerk. What’s problematical is that the current City Clerk and the candidate haven’t that kind of knowledge.
c) How can Boston get a new City Clerk that will bring the Office of the City Clerk up to date?…
d) How can Boston get a new Assistant City Clerk that will bring the Office of the City Clerk into 2011 ?…
e) How can Boston get a new senior staffer for the Office of the City Clerk that will be expert with new technologies, expert with new software that will advance the services of the Boston City Clerks Office? Not one of the staff of the Boston City Clerks Office is familiar with the new technologies or the new software available for City Clerks Offices.
