Now here is a historian whose ideas really interest me – and yes, I already HAVE a ticket.  Anyone else going who might like to get together for dinner before – or dessert/etc. afterwards?

I gather Steven Spielberg is making a movie of Team of Rivals – hope he does a good job with it, and doesn’t tangle it up in too much Hollywood – though for sure the story has it all.

I wonder if she speaks with the power and depth with which she writes; this is a chance to find out.
