In stealth under cover of night, Boston’s Finest bravely liberated Occupy Boston’s sink.
Thankfully we can return to calling the Occupiers “dirty hippies” without that nagging concern that they might actually be clean.
Huzzah!

Boston Police break up Occupy Plumbing.
By any chance, was this story leaked?
Occupy Boston is sunk.
how this is not a violation of the judge’s restraining order confirmed earlier that day?
Is there a plumbing exemption?
1. The sink could catch fire. I know that the City is very concerned with fire, and assuming that the sink is fabricated from solid wood, magnesium, or various other materials, a spark could turn it into the the *sink of doom* in mere moments.
2. Sinks have legitimate purposes, but they are *typically* used as drug paraphernalia.
3. Sinks often contain water. More than 3,000 Americans drown each year, usually in water. Having a sink is an accident waiting to happen.
4. It’s not well known, but most nuclear enrichment facilities contain sinks. I haven’t heard of any evidence that *this* sink was for making a nuclear weapon, but we don’t want a mushroom cloud to be the smoking gun, do we?

This is one of those cases where I wish we had the rating system back (the old one). A definite SIX from me.
There is a movie, of course, with the title “The Brave Little Toaster”.
A movie “The Brave Little Sink” about how this little fellow – see: http://i164.photobucket.com/albums/u6/nickclaw/sinkjail.jpg stood up for Free Speech and was all ready to brave the rigors of doing dishes at Dewey Square sholder-to-sholder with Occupy Boston surely has a place in teaching civics through the art of animation.
Do you hear the people sink?
