There are two big worries for the people of Massachusetts. The state of the country, and the state of the Boston Red Sox. We can’t really do much about the latter, but for the former, Attleboro Democrats have created something that might help. If you haven’t already been introduced, the Attleboro Democratic City Committee would like to acquaint you with the Attleboro Democracy Magazine.
The Attleboro Democracy Magazine is a seasonal magazine devoted to exploring the issues most important to our state. The recently released issue on education features quite a cast of contributors:
–Senator John Kerry took the time out of his busy schedule to write a piece on President Obama’s college savings plan
-A Lt. Governor Timothy Murray piece details the Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) program being successfully implemented by the Patrick administration
-A column by State Auditor Suzanne Bump details keeping school collaboratives fiscally honest
-Articles by Attleboro community leaders, educators, students, and others help shed light on the issues of education in our state and area

The Attleboro Democracy, although made by Democrats, is a magazine for everybody. As I’m fond of saying, I don’t care if you’re a Democrat, Republican, Independent, or Yankees Fan, we want you to enjoy the Attleboro Democracy. Happy reading!
