Can anyone point to a place where one might find the listing of those that are running for State House and State Senate seats in the 2012 elections? It seems to be too early for OCPF listings to be current; ballotopedia is an empty shell that should contain that information; boston.com’s politics section is not ready yet; found nothing else promising in a short search. Is there anywhere but anecdotal evidence from individual candidates and whatever local news stories have made it?
Thanks

…before the list of ballot-qualified candidates is absolutely finalized (and longer for non-party candidates), but after that the Secretary of the Commonwealth website should list them. Meanwhile, the OCPF list of organized committees IS updated with the most recent entry being dated today. However, some candidates do not organize committees until they know for sure they are on the ballot.

those incumbents and challengers who currently have committees with financial activity can be found here.
Committee contribution and expenditure information is available for those political committees that have submitted their required reports.
Christopher’s link was to newly filed committees.
