It’s hard to believe, but Mitt Romney might not be the biggest flip-flopper ever to appear on a national ticket. It’s possible that Paul Ryan has actually outdone Romney, at least on the subject of government stimulus and Keynesian economics. Ryan’s full-throated defense in 2002 of government spending to create economic stimulus is frankly astounding from someone who now claims that President Obama’s stimulus plan was a huge waste of money that hasn’t done any good.
Check it out. It’s breathtaking.
