A brief note on recent upgrades, including most importantly our new comment rating system: as the law of unintended consequences demands, installing the new features has left an odd bug in its wake, namely, when we front-page a post, the author of the post is changed to the name of the editor who did the promoting. We aren’t trying to take credit for your outstanding contribution! We’re working on it and hope to have this resolved shortly.
If you spot other bugs or oddities, please let us know! Thanks.

those aren’t bugs, but rather requests for additional features. 😉 We’ll see what we can do.

… page served basically 2 purposes (from a practicality point of view). 1) to see if there are any replies you might want to address and 2) to see how you’re comments in general or in aggregate were ‘trending’. The new ‘My Comments’ section couldn’t do the 2nd thing until now because there were no ratings. As such, I would have assumed (or put) the listing of ratings there as part of the specifications for the developing the new version of the feature. I think its a ‘must have’ – as is to see how people are reacting to your comments you have to hunt them down.

I believe the old “my comments” page included the link to the post to which the comment was attached, which was helpful for a number of reasons.

I could change a vote once I made it, in the case of hitting the wrong spot on a small mobile screen and ending up down voting something I was trying to vote up.

I’ve been working on a post and I keep getting something that looks like underlining, though it’s not.
