Well, this should cause some heads to explode over at Team Brown. Rasmussen, every Republican’s favorite polling operation, has a new poll out showing Elizabeth Warren +5 over Scott Brown, 52-47.
The latest Rasmussen Reports telephone survey of Likely Massachusetts Voters finds Warren with 52% support to Brown’s 47%. (To see survey question wording, click here.
This race now moves from a Toss-Up to Leans Democrat in the Rasmussen Reports Senate Balance of Power rankings.
The last Rasmussen poll showed Warren up 2, 49-47. So the trend of Rasmussen’s polling over the last three polls is unmistakably pro-Warren: they’ve gone from a tie on 9/24, to Warren +2 on 10/12, to Warren +5 today. In addition, today’s 52-47 result seems to show an extremely small number of undecided voters remaining.
If she wins, Elizabeth Warren will be an outstanding US Senator; Scott Brown has run a miserable, cowardly campaign, and he deserves to lose. You can make it happen. Let’s go win.

I’ll feel much better after the next debate. I’m not really worried about Warren if she executes the debate as well as she did in the past. But, a wounded animal is dangerous. Brown could drop some bomb, true or not, out of desperation.

Trolling the bowels of the Right-wing anti-Warren blogosphere should provide some good insight into where Brown could go next. This guy is definitely becoming more unhinged as we get closer to E-Day. I highly recommend he take some rest.

Will the next debate get washed out by Hurricane Sandy?

It’s a lose-lose situation for Brown since he either loses a last chance to bring the people back to him or he could get pummeled again.
