I went to the event in Worcester last Saturday. People lined up to have photos taken with Elizabeth Warren. She stayed until every single person who wanted a photo got one. It was a great event! I know a little bit about the Framingham event. Congressman Markey and other elected officials will be at the event. I am a big fan of Nevins Hall. It’s an historic place with character.
As I mentioned before, you’re all invited to a holiday party at my place. I’m thrilled at the number of elected officials who are planning on attending. I have confirmations from Senator-elect Elizabeth Warren, Lieutenant Governor Tim Murray, Treasurer Steve Grossman, Auditor Suzanne Bump.Congressman Jim McGovern and Party Chair John Walsh. Secretary Bill Galvin hopes to attend. Senators Jamie Eldridge, Sal DiDomenico and Ben Downing, as well as Representatives Kate Hogan, Tom Sannicandro, Carolyn Dykema and Jen Benson and Representatives-elect Danielle Gregoire and Jeff Roy, along with Governors Councillor Marilyn Pettitto Devaney and City Councilor Matt O’Malley have all mentioned an interest in attending. I think that Worcester County officials Joe Early and Dennis McManus plan to attend. It’s a football friendly, family friendly open house with people coming and going throughout the afternoon. I hope that I haven’t missed anyone.
It’s also traditionally been a place where BMGers gather. You’re all invited. If you want to touch base with a particular person it might be prudent to set a specific time.

Just Curious?
Between Christmas and Hobbit related events, the days are becoming booked.
As soon as I know I will post. If you are available Saturday, consider attending. Framingham is on the commuter rail as is Lowell. Not as familiar with Lynn. Why take a chance on a conflict if you have time on Saturday. Since these events are built specifically for Elizabeth, if Worcester is any indication then everyone who is interested will have a chance to speak briefly with her. But folks are welcome Sunday at my house. She expects to be able to stay about an hour.

Some nice pictures. Check out the second one down on the left. I was sitting here thinking about getting ready and happened to google something and that picture came up. It reminds me of how crowded it can get at the gathering at my house. But always fun.
