George Takai is publicly calling on Supreme Court “Justice” Scalia to recuse himself from hearing the California Prop 8 case and the DOMA case, next year. Scalia, speaking at Princeton University, said “If we cannot have moral feelings against homosexuality, can we have it against murder? Can we have it against other things?”
Is it at the level of a “conflict of interest” for him to sit in judgement of a segment of society that he so obvious abhors?
I strongly believe the answer is “Yes” he should recuse himself.
