When the far right in this country loses, in 1860 or 1992 or 2008 it chooses bullets over ballots. The Civil War is a great example, as is Reconstruction, as was the violent overthrow of the duly elected progressive state government in North Carolina in 1898, as was the anti-labor activities of the Pinkertons, the violent response to the Civil Rights movement, and arguably Wako and now nutjobs like this on the internet . They cannot accept that the lost, especially to a brown (nominally) progressive President.
