From the Associated Press:
DENVER (AP) — Democratic Senate President John Morse has been recalled by Colorado Springs voters in a special election driven by his support for new gun restrictions.
A majority of voters said “yes” to the question of whether Morse should be recalled from office Tuesday night. They chose former Republican City Councilman Bernie Herpin as his successor.
Morse was an appealing target for a recall because he narrowly won re-election in 2010. He supported several Democratic-sponsored gun bills this year, including new limits on the size of ammunition magazines and expanding background checks to online and private firearm sales.
Democratic Sen. Angela Giron of Pueblo also faced a recall over the gun laws, which were a response to mass shootings in Colorado and Connecticut last year.
Colorado returns are here.

California should have been stuck with Grey Davis and his rolling blackouts due to the lack of power. It was a disgrace the unions attempted to recall Gov. Scott Walker and Republican state senators who voted for collective bargaining reform. I believe 2 Republicans lost the recall elections.
How do politicians in swing districts make tough decisions, if they fear a recall election? I am not happy with the election results, even if my side won.

Your words
not mine within a posting about a Republican victory.

Thats what the recall was all about, no?
Your turn Mike, did you support the recall of Gov. Scott Walker?

5) Atheist
So I am not pretending to be “Independant” when I have a specific plan (read agenda) that I am supporting!

Global warming hysteria didn’t make your top 5 list, Mike? Tisk tisk.

I have found, when responding to your direct questions, that if I say I support a progressive program like Planned Parenthood, that weeks later, in an unrelated post, I am being misquoted as supporting the murder of babies up to 6 months after their birth. Which is why people keep yelling at me to not feed you, the troll.
