Everyone knows how much I admire Scott Brown, I went to bat for him on BMG last year. Title of this diary should say “Bad news for Jeanne Shaheen”.

Hey, I wish him and his family the best. They are great in show biz. Kardashians are in a mad dive to the bottom of the bottom of the dumpster. That leaves lots of programming space for a middle-aged post career peak, post parenting, heterosexual couple. Think of the great material.
Graying, botox, fasting/flushing, hot flashes, prostate, bladder, constipation, retirement planning, becoming grandparents, drooping breasts – girdles (male and female-no discrimination)….wow, lots of material to work with for the baby boomers generation!
I think that there is an enormous future for the these folks in front of the cameras somewhere…maybe Jon Stewart can loan them a couple of good writers to kick it off. Scott could evolve into Carl Sciortino’s Dad with Gayle playing E-dit. A GOP baby-boomer rendition of All in the Family. The Sciortino pilot was a huge hit. Ya, this is good.
