I do believe I was the first to predict this, thank you very much. Hey, the better state won, we F’d up in 2012 and now lost the most bi-partisan Senator for good to our neighbor to the north. But does anyone blame Scott for moving, I certainly don’t. NH looks a lot more attractive than the Bay State. Case in point, NH has Kelley Ayotte, MA has Liz Warren, enuff said! And when Scott campaigned while wearing his barn coat and driving his truck, he reminded me of a guy from NH, you know, the rugged type, amirite?
Now another prediction. Democrats will run the same play book they ran in NV in 2010, and Missouri in 2012. They will fiddle and diddle in the Republican primary, and try to prop up the weakest and most extreme Republican in hopes of drawing that candidate in the general election. Sharron Angle and Todd Akin successfully won their primaries with the help of Democrats running ads on their behalf. But if I were Jeanne Shaheen, I would save your money b/c Scott Brown is just too strong, too popular, and too good looking (sorry, it’s true) and since NH has an open primary where voters like myself, the Independent/Unenrolled kind, can vote in either primary, Scott will deflect the negative ads and actually come out of the primary even stronger.
Now this race won’t be easy for Scott to win. 66 year old Jeanne “I love Obamacare” Shaheen has been around the block many times and won many races. She actually defeated Sununu in 2008 with less than 52% of the vote. I expect Jeanne to avoid Obama and campaign with another Democrat, Hillary Clinton while Brown brings in the people living in Manchester who are forced to drive 25 miles to the closest in-network Obamacare approved hospital. I hope the people of Manchester ride a bike to Concord when they visit their doctor, we don’t want to burn unnecessary gasoline which contributes to global warming, amirite?

Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha …. Who knew NH GOP has absolutely no one within their state that would be considered a Senate candidate. Instead they have a guy who admittedly said he works and will continue to work in Massachusetts, then he says that he doesn’t live in the Wrentham home anymore, has a residencein NH but still tools around (key word tool) in the pickup truck still registered in MA.

“Hey, the better state won…”
We certainly did. Now that Brown is going to stop inflicting himself on our political process, but will continue to pay us income taxes, his net contribution here may finally move to the positive. Maybe it will start a trend. I mean, Waltham is much closer to NH than Wrentham is…
