While Oregon wasn’t quite as draconian as some states, a federal judge stuck down Oregon’s Ban today.
Democratic Attorney General Ellen Rosenblum refused to defend the ban, and a group who tried to defend the ban were denied their “Emergency” stay. It appears that the various State Officials with standing, are not going to appeal.
Congratulations to the residents of Oregon.

That map on Wikipedia sure is getting a lot of blue, despite the temporary absence of states like Idaho and Oklahoma.
Anyone wanna do the math and calculate what percent of the population now lives in a state with gay marriage? CA and NY must push it fairly high. We must be nearing the halfway point.
