Apparently the principles in GDS were sued in 2012 for securities fraud in a “pump and dump” scheme involving Argo Digital Solutions.
GDSI CEO Richard Sullivan and CFO David Loppert were among those accused two years ago of defrauding the shareholders and creditors of a marketing technology company, Argo Digital Solutions, by transferring its assets to a shell company they controlled, rVue Holdings.
The plaintiff settled with GDSI’s executives for an undisclosed sum last month. According to court documents, Sullivan and Loppert were accused of boosting Argo’s shares from 25 million to 250 million — claiming that there would be a $100 million initial public offering — and then moving the new shares to rVue, leaving Argo to fold. – Huffington Post, 6/3/14
Did Brown look into these guys at all before lending his famous name to their fictitious business operation? If he loses the Republican primary in NH, will we have finally seen the last of him and his truck on the campaign trail?

from all of the parts they are manufacturing, but they aren’t manufacturing anything, from all the financial investments they are investing in, but they are not investing in anything. Who will be distracted and what will they be distracted from? Perhaps, low information voters (i.e. Republicans) will be distracted from voting for what is in the best interest of the United States. Stupid low information voters.

His judgement is now definitely called into question – how could a former senator and present candidate for senate get involved with such a shady operation during his brief downtime from the senate? This episode is fair game for any and all opponents – I doubt he’ll win the primary, let alone the general election.
