Too many times a state police trooper arrests a bad guy only to have him tell a tall tale to a judge who buys it and lets the miscreant go free. Typical Massachusetts liberal judge taking the word of a dirt bag over that of one of our boys in blue.
Well I’ve had it. I’m tired of seeing good people assaulted, robbed, and killed by deviants who should be in jail but were set free by some goo goo commie judge. Pretty soon the criminals will be running the place.
Jesus Christ. Remember that fine piece of journalism from the Globe Spotlight telling is how all these drunk drivers are beating the system?
I’ll tell you how to stop it.
Cameras in state police cruisers. Yes sir. That will stop these scum bags and their friends from perjuring themselves in court, accusing state troopers of lying, and making a mockery of the system.
The state police are out there everyday putting their lives on the line just for us. The least we can do is protect them. Of course the troopers want to film their arrests because it lessons their fear of false accusations of lying by defendants. It’s great for morale at the barracks. Better work enviornemnt. Ask them, they’ll tell you.
You’re a Law and Order guy Governor, so get on this. It’s a no-brainer.
