People who want Hillary to win had better hope that Trump does not drop out to be replaced by Ryan or Pence. I have serious doubts that the courts would prevent states from issuing new ballots in such an extreme circumstance in this country. Plus, this is a change year. I’ve been saying since May Trump would drop out prior to Election Day if he’s sure to lose. I hope I’m wrong on all counts. I’m crossing my fingers he stays in.

Electoral-Vote has some information about this and Rachel Maddow also addressed it last night. Also, it has to be the nominee’s decision as the RNC has no authority to replace him.

He has tweeted that there is “zero chance” of him dropping out. As for electors, the link in my previous comment addresses some of that. In some states electors are legally required to cast their votes for the state winner, but I’m not sure if such laws would withstand a constitutional challenge.
Many of them have been chosen. Think they will all roll over to some lamestream Establishment RINO after the media harassed God-Emperor Trump out of the race? Some may vote for Pepe, er, Trump anyway out of spite.
