“It’s an honor to be with you.” These were words today of the President of the United States, upon meeting a man who kills journalists, kills his opponents, allows minorities to be killed, puts peaceful demonstrators who want free elections in their own country into the Gulag, and attacked our country’s sacred democracy less than year ago. An honor?
No. It’s a disgrace to all of those imprisoned, killed, and all those interfered with politically in our own country to call this an “honor”.
