If the headline didn’t make it obvious for those who know him, my very dear friend Fred Rich LaRiccia asked me to share this video of Joe Biden’s latest ad. For those who don’t know him, Fred’s trademark phrase is “SCORE!”
In any case, he’s having some technical difficulties posting this video, so I told him I’d post it. It’s a terrific ad. I LOVE making this campaign a debate about what type of people we are. Along with the new polls out of Arizona showing Biden defeating Trump, it seems harder to not vote for him.
With that said, our party has an embarrassment of riches, I love all our candidates. I have narrowed it down to five in this order: (1) Joe Biden, (2) Elizabeth Warren, (3) Peter Buttigieg, (4) Bernie Sanders (his record on guns concerns me), and (5) Andrew Yang.

SCORE! Thank you, Anthony, for posting this video of Joe’s first TV ad. For those of you too young to remember ‘Joltin’ Joe’ was the nickname of the greatest baseball player of all time IMHO … ‘Joltin’ Joe DiMaggio.
Simon and Garfunkle immortalized him in “The Graduate” : “Where have you gone Joe DiMaggio? Our nation turns its lonely eyes to you.”

“Joltin’ Joe has left and gone away.”
Not really the best song for that purpose in several ways.

Always the negative vibe, Moriarity.

Was referring to this:
it really is that kind of song–melancholy, a little elegiac, and that verse is downright hip-cynical.

In another weekend filled with gaffes (welcome to Keene, Vermont!) from Joltin Joe, there was also this:

This is the man and message we think is going to win? Incredible.
