Bring Ranked Choice Voting to Massachusetts

You beat me to it! đŸ™‚ We have 6 weeks to collect at least 20K signatures (we actually only need a little over 13K certified signatures to get RCV on the ballot this fall, but we always get extra to be on the safe side).
