” Masterful ” Speaker Pelosi advances Biden’s domestic priority

Yesterday, every Democrat in the House voted to advance the $3T+ human infrastructure bill.

And they passed the John Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act 219 – 212 without a single Republican vote.

On a personal note, it was heartening to hear the Speaker this morning acknowledge the contributions of her leadership team by name including Assistant Speaker of the House, Representative Katherine Clark (MA 5).
