Purple districts are below the average and will need to expand to capture more residents. Green districts are above the average and will need to contract to reduce the population.

My guess is that Randolph will still be gerrymandered out of a seat in the legislature for another 10 years. It’s been that way now for 40 years.
There is a commitment to create more majority-minority districts. Randolph should hold the legislation to this promise in Randolph.
