Yesterday, a federal judge ruled the Federal Trade Commission could continue their case to break up Facebook’s parent company which the social media giant argued should be discontinued.
District Judge James Boasberg said the FTC’s “significant additions and revisions” from its earlier filing met the threshold for the case to continue.
