He confessed to SEDITIOUS CONSPIRACY claiming he had a right to overturn the ‘stolen’ election. That will get him 20 years in prison without parole. Plan A was to organize a bloodless coup to fix the vote count via VP Pence by sending in fake electors and then ordering DOD, DOJ and DHS to confiscate voting machines.
Plan B was the sacking of the Capital — INCITING, FORMENTING, GIVING AID AND COMFORT TO AN INSURRECTION. That will get him 10 years in prison and permanent disqualification from ever holding public office again. Violence is his modus operandi to get power when all else fails. He even pledged to pardon the 1/6 fascist ‘tourists’ if re-elected.
