Significant private accountability for knowingly lying to the American public is one of the things that separates America from Russia and China.
Accountability may be coming for Fox News. No, not from the government, but from private citizens who were lied about and did not take it lying down. It is coming in the form of a venerable Anglo-American legal tradition: the private civil (money) suit.
This particular form of justice could not come to a more deserving Australian billionaire propaganda peddler: Rupert Murdoch.
