President Biden just announced the successful counter-terrorism operation to take out the Al-Queda leader, one of the key masterminds of the 9/11 attack that killed 3,000 innocent Americans including our hero first responders. “No day shall erase them from the memory of time.” Virgil quote at Twin Towers Memorial
You can run but you can’t hide.
Thank you, Mr. President, for keeping your pledge to bring US troops home from the never-ending 20-year, ill-advised, nation building war in Afghanistan while focusing on surgically destroying the terrorist threat to US and ally security.
Our President cited his “solemn responsibility to make America safe in a dangerous world…we do not break, we never give in, we never back down… justice has been delivered.” Well done, sir.

DUMP hosted a Saudi golf tournament. Biden took out al-Zawahiri. Who do you think cares more about America and the families of 9/11 terror?

It would be nice if Democrats could capitalize on that split screen, I just worry nobody is paying attention to either issue. Similarly Jon Stewart has been writing ad copy all week condemning Republicans for their hypocrisy in supporting the troops unless they seek compensation from their government for on the job injuries. These two issues should be getting much better AirPlay in swing states. Trump siding with the Saudis against 9/11 victims and Senate Republicans holding vets hostage to deny Biden a win.

Also this should conclusively show the Afghanistan hawks in both parties and throughout the mainstream media that we can engage in effective counter terrorism without any boots on the ground. The entire war on terrorism should have been conducted this way without occupying any Muslim nation with American troops. This is the rare issue that Biden got right and Obama got wrong. Where Biden is right and the mainstream media is wrong. Considering the fall of Kabul is the moment that permanently sapped his approval ratings, this should be highlighted as a rebuttal to the stay the course chorus in the Blob and throughout the media.

Now I just hope Biden can get a poll bump too.
