Mary Peltola (D-ALASKA) won a special Congressional House seat tonight to fill the remainder of deceased (R) Don Young’s term. The first Native to serve in the US House from Alaska and the first woman to hold the seat; Peltola beat Palin in Alaska’s first rank choice vote! She will run for the full term in November.

Democrats have the ‘BIG MO’ and are poised to buck mid-term history by keeping the House and expanding their Senate majority!

I recall the time that I left the Republicans and cancelled my twenty year subscription to National Review. The Tea Party was on the rise and John McCain chose Sarah Palin as his running mate. I thought the party, the movement had completely lost its mind. How shocked would I be if I knew that the MAGA crowd and Marjorie Taylor Greene would make the aforementioned look almost scholarly.
I’m getting a little bit excited at the prospects of a Democratic House…..and a Senate that is not held hostage by Manchin and Sinema.

Palin and other Republicans are whining that Peltola’s winning a ranked-choice election is somehow not legitimate, but Peltola also got the plurality of first place votes, so she would have won a traditional first past the post election too.

Well, don’t you know that whenever a Republican loses an election, it’s rigged? Furthermore, if there is no hard evidence of it being rigged, that is simply proof of a Deep State coverup, most likely funded by George Soros.
