If the Department of Justice were trying to unfairly target Trump and were coordinating with the White House, why would they choose the very moment of Biden’s greatest legislative and national security triumphs to conduct the legal search of Trump’s house, COMPLETELY obliterating the week of positive news stories about President Biden’s victories?
This is a political and public relations disaster, burying great political news. There is not a chance in hell the White House wanted DOJ to do this at this particular time.

I would not be surprised at all to learn that Trump deliberately took classified documents with him to his private residence knowing full well that the FBI would eventually take action to retrieve the documents and he could use the event to prove to his base that he is being persecuted by the Deep State….and it makes for a good fund raiser.
It’s also amusing to hear Trump supporters blame an insider are Mar-a Lago for tipping off authorities. This is standard stuff from the Right, blaming the leaker, the whistleblower for being unethical, with no mention of the unethical (illegal) acts being exposed.
And there is this: If true that there was “nothing illegal” there to confiscate, according to Trump sycophants, what did the informer inform about?
AG Garland just announced the search warrant has been unsealed. He just called Mara–Lardo’s bluff!
The Court has just given Trump until 3 pm tomorrow to appeal Justice motion to unseal search warrant.
