The results of the first round of MaSen madness are in.
From a social media perspective, you have to see Steve Kerrigan’s win over Marty Meehan as significant. The mention on BMG and a couple of plugs on facebook made him an upset win.
Next round of voting starts on Monday.

After a brief investigation by the peoplesseat.com Infractions Committee, Kerrigan has been cleared of any wrong doing, and voting has been rebooted in the Kerrigan/Neal matchup.
If you are in Lake Hopatcong, NJ and are reading this, cut the crap.

I have no idea what this glitch was about but I am glad the tech people fixed it and we are back on track. No one should be doing things other than having fun getting more people involved in the political process. Let’s do this fair and square. Oh and Richie Neal is a great congressman and I am proud to say he is a friend.

When I voted in Round 1, I saw (for each race) a current tally.
Now when I vote I see “0 Total Votes.”
What gives?

Closest result when I looked a few minutes ago, Number 4 seed Ed Markey against Number 5 seed Barney Frank. They are exactly tied at 50/50. Do the rules say anything about overtime or sudden death?

I am technically on vacation this week, and didn’t have a chance to check in as much as I normally would have. Sweet 16 voting starts within 30 minutes.
