This story is worth reading as much for what it does not say as for what it says. Obviously, the Boston Herald AP was there and paying attention. (clarification by David)
In the interests of full disclosure, I liked the article’s coverage of John Edwards, whom I am supporting.

The byline says that’s an AP article. I doubt the Herald actually had anyone go to Chicago for this.
What I found interesting is the way in which the liveblogging here fleshed out this report, but really, this report [the AP story the Herald ran] does not in any degree contradict the liveblogging.
