Update from the Marzilli campaign…

October 27, 2007 By dominick-pangallo

Jim picked up two more major endorsements over the last week.  The Massachusetts chapter of the National Association of Social Workers and the Mass Nurses Association both voted to back Jim.  As one of our volunteers quipped, “People who care for people care for Jim Marzilli!”  We’re thrilled to have the support of these two organizations and look forward to working with their members on the campaign trail.

Check out our newly updated website, www.Marzilli.org.  I hope you’ll take a minute to click on that “Donate” button and send us a contribution, too!  With only 17 days left, we need your support to help get our message out.

And that leads me to?volunteers!

Are you a Democratic activist suffering campaign withdrawal following the end of the Tsongas effort?  Looking to stay active and help out a solid progressive candidate?  Is your dialing finger just itching?  Scratch it!  We need your help at our nightly phone banks and we need people to help on Election Day, November 13th.  Call us at (781) 316-8302 or come by the headquarters, 828 Mass Ave in Arlington to sign up.

Hope to hear from you soon!  Election Day is fast approaching.

Jim Marzilli gets it – that paying up front for good education, roads, and housing is more effective than playing catch up because maintenance was not done.  Good post Dom, thanks.
