They were painfully frank. However, I will soldier on, with the hope that telling the truth, at the highest level, may make a difference. And according to Justice Cowin, it really can do so.

…judges–and that includes justices–would be well advised not to make extra-judicial remarks. The reason being that those extra-judicial remarks may be further grounds that would necessitate their recusal.

i’m using whatever version of firefox is the most up to date. it did quite on me once, but worked fine on a second try.
thanks for posting it, AmberPaw. i’ve actually never heard a judge interviewed on the mechanics of the courts. we need more of this – lots more.
