This well written endorsement, by Jay Bookman and Cynthia Tucker, offers a rationale based on the challenges our country faces and the desire among the electorate for meaningful change. They are clear to point out the strengths of each candidate. They acknowledge that each has the experience, leadership ability and character to be President. However; their central rationale for endorsing Obama is based on an understanding and recognition of our current political climate and challenges.
