I always here grumbles about John Kerry. He is never here, he doesn’t care, he is no Kennedy, he is aloof, etc.
I have voted for Kerry since he ran, I sent dear friend cards in 1996 when Weld chalenged him, I supported him in 2004 for President, I would never voe for a Republican over him – however what about a Democrat? Anyone good out there? Just thinking and wondering what you guys and gals were thinking too.

Ed O’Reilly is a former firefighter and Democratic activist running against John Kerry. O’Reilly has been at pretty much every statewide or county Democratic event I’ve attended since last spring.

p>I’m supporting O’Reilly because I want a senator who wants to be a senator, not a senator who’s biding time until running for the presidency. O’Reilly is taking courageous stands on issues such as marriage equality, and would be a very progressive voice representing our very progressive state.
